Pickup & Delivery
Packages arriving in Jamaica can be collected from our pickup location at Unit 19, Pristine Plaza, Half Way Tree. For customers outside the Kingston region, we conveniently ship packages through Knutsford Express. Door-to-door delivery is also available at an additional charge.

There is no cost to sign up. Registration is completely free, and you can begin using our services immediately once your account is created.
Delivery times depend on when your package arrives at our warehouse and the shipping schedule. We ship packages three times a week.
Packages are stored free of charge for the first seven (7) days. After one week, a storage fee of JMD $100 per day will be applied until the package is collected.
If your package has been delivered but you haven’t received a notification, don’t worry. Sometimes notifications may be delayed due to system processing or delivery timing. Notifications are typically sent the same day if the package was logged in on our system, or by the next business day at the latest.
You will receive a notification on the same day once your package has been delivered and logged into our system. If the package is delivered after processing hours or is not immediately logged, you will receive your notification on the next business day.
